Dear Sir;

The residents of the 1900 Block Connaught Avenue
request a street closure on Sept. 3, 1977 from 6:30 P.M.
to 1:00 A.M. for the purpose of having a street party.
As all residents of the area will be participants we do

not anticipate the closure inconviencing angone.

Our basic goal is to restrict the function to children

and adults of the area so we will nave an occasion to
become better acquainted as neighbors and residents.
Please find enclosed a list of Signatures of local

residents indicating their agreement to the closure.

Anticipating a positive response from City Council.
