The Committee recommends that the City endorse the Commission's Proposal to
take over the funding and it is recommended that the House be leased to

the Commission, possibly at the rate previously established for bedgetary
purposes, i.e. the amount of $300.00 per month. The Committee felt that
with the Commission leasing the premises and funding the programme that it
removes ali financial responsibility from the City, and the City would

no longer be involved in any way in the management, operation or financing
of PoCo House except to have a representative on the Advisory Committee.

‘ The Committee recommends that Council approve the continued operation of
.PoCo House on this basis.
