The School District #43 Joint Family Division Committee hetd its first meeting as a joint Committee on Wednesday, October 2nd, 1974 and at this meeting resolutions were adopted with respect to representation and the name of the Committee. The Committee have voted to have as its name "School District #43 Joint Family Division Committee". Representation on the Cornmittee will be as follows for the balance of 1974: Coquitlam ~ 6 members Port Coquitlam — 2 members Port Moody — 2 members It is necessary at this point, I believe, to have a resolution of your Council approving the formation of a joint committee as well as approving the representation allocation as adopted by the committee. Upon receiving notification from your office of approval ofa Joint Committee, the writer will notify the office of the Attorney General of its formation. I would appreciate it as well if you would advise officially the persons who will be representing your municipality, together with addresses and phone numbers.
