“TERRACE STANDARD Business Review Out & About Quality of service BUSINESSES need custo- mer feedback to improve. And a new program is being unveiled to help achieve that. It's called Your Key to Quality Service and it’s being run by the Terrace and District Chamber of Commerce. Each chamber business will get a window sticker naming the program and giving a phone number for the Chamber office. Customers will call the number and report service concerns, questions | or compliments. A designated chamber member will follow up with both the customer and the business. It’s expected to create a new and effective avenue for customers and busines- ses to communicate, where previously misun- derstandings and frustra- tions went unanswered and unresolved.
