A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cned for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2851".

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Block A Except: Parcel B (LMP7661) Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, & 74
District Lot 255 District Lot 255

Group One Group One

Plan 17988 Plan 1931

New Westminster District New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to M-1 (General Industrial) and the
Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this lst day of November, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 1st day of November, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 22nd day of November, 1993.

Location of Property Affected:
1790 Cameron, 1781 and 1791 Menzies Avenue

Intent of the Bylaw:
To permit the development of the City Works Yard.
