Subject: Reeve Park Development - Phase | (Tender 1-B)
(Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting May 13, 1993)

Recommendation:

It is recommended that Tender |-B for Phase 1, (playfield construction, site landscaping,
etc.), of the Reeve Park development be awarded to Maplewood Landscaping Ltd. in the
amount of $1,155,730.00.

Purpose Problem:

The purpose of this report is to provide information and a recommendation to Council
regarding the awarding of the contract for Tender 1-B of Phase i of the Reeve Park
development.

Background Information:

Attached is a letter received from our project manager, Tom Annandale of Toby Buckwell
Russell & Partners. He has reviewed the various tender submissions, (summary attached).
