THAT this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from M-1 to M~3
under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

Issuance of a Development Variance Permit; and

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

THAT Council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department to
prepare Development Variance Permit No. 13/92.

Subdivision is fully serviced. No further requirements.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This application is to rezone a vacant parcel in the Meridian Industrial

Park from M~1 (General Industrial) to M-3 (Clean Industrial). The building |
proposed for the lot will include approximately 929 square meters (10,000 sq.
ft.) of drafting offices and 465 square meters (5,000 sq. ft.) of warehouse »
