repair and maintain the Lands in a fit and proper

rebuild in case of fire;

allow the City to enter and view the state of
repairs and that the Lessee will repair according

allow tha City to re-enter for nonepayment of rent

FURTHER INSURANCE

4, Tn addition to the foregoing, the Lessee shall insure
and keep insured while this Agreement or any renewal thereof is
in force, with such companies and on such forms as are acceptable
to the City, at the Lessee's expense, Comprehensive General
tiabiiity insurance covering bodily injury, personal injury and
property damage liability.

5. Further, in addition to the foregoing:

(a) the ildmits of Ildability for Personal Injrry,
Badily Injury and Property Damage combined shalt
