Community °!an nas been orepered and “-ter First Reading of this Bytaw the Council! nas: (a) examined the amenament to the Dian in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipa! Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam industrial Develooment Deve! opment Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counci! of The Corcoration of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: section 4.4.1 (1)(f) of Schedule "A" of the "Cfficial! Community 2lan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is repealed and the following substituted: "(f) West of Coquitiam River along Lougheed Highway” The designatiion of "Existing Residential" shown on Scheduie "B" of tne Official! Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to: Those portions of Lot 196, Plan 56773; Lots 10,ll,and 12, Plan 2306; and those portions of lfanes and road (dedicated on Plan 2306) to be closed; al} of Block 13, District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, shown within tne heavy outline on a sketch oOrepa-ed by Helge Jacobsen ana Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyor, under their tite number $-87-5905-3, is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" js apolied, This Bylaw may be cited for aj] Purposes as the "Officia!
