From the Parks and Recreation Director, May 19th, 1988 regarding
Marian Kroeker Park.

Seconded by Alderman Talbots:

lL. That $4,500 be approved to buy and install playground equipment
and the the monies be taken from the park D.C.C. interest,

That up to $1,700 be approved to install two chain iiuk fences
(approximately 100 feet each) to create an easement for access
into Marian Kroeker Park.

That up to $1,500 be approved for the building of the access into
the park.

That the monies for items 2 and 3 he taken from the Parks and
Recreation Department capital fund of $75,000.

From the Director of Building Permits and Inspections, May 24th, 1988
regarding House Removal Agreement for 930 Dominion Avenue.

That Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to endorse the
agreement to allow Mr. Joseph E. Obyn to build a new Single family dwelling
while living in his existing single family dwelling. Upon receiving occupancy
the older dwelling will be removed.

From the City Clerk, May 19th, 1988 regarding Property Consolidatiou —
2200 Blk. Wilson Avenue.

fhat the subdivision plan prepared by Robert M. Reese, BCLS, and dated
April 22nd, 1988 wherein the portion of dedicated road referred to in the
"Wilson Avenue Lane Road Exchange Bylaw, 1988, No. 2357" is added to adjacent
property and Lot "A" comprising 0.4673 ha is created be and same is hereby
approved; . |

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign

the said reference plan and such other documents as may be required on behalf
of the City and affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.
