Moved by Alderman Laking: seconded by Alderman Talbot: That Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to endorse the agreement to allow Mr. Joseph E. Obyn to build a new Single family dwelling while living in his existing single family dwelling. Upon receiving occupancy the older dwelling will be removed. Carried.
