TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that Inland Helicopters Ltd. flies the weekly
Gas Transmission Rights-of-Way patrol. The purpose of this patrol is to
prevent accidents to the gas transmission System and to check for gas leaks.
This is to protect the safety of the public and continuity of gas supply to |
; — the whole of the Lower Mainiand. To be able to do the above, this patrol has
