May 26th, 1986 192 The following People were present and expressed their views on the Proposed rezoning. Mrs. N, Forrest, 1101 Pitt River Road, read her letter Opposing the Proposed C~3 zoning. Mrs. Forrest advised she was not aware there had been a zoning change from light commercial to RS-2 In her area, Mrs. A. Shearer, RR#1, Port Coquitiam suggested alternate uses for the waterfront area; could be used as a park, bird sanctuary, public access to the river. Mr. J. Leslie, 2643 Shaughnessy Street, advised he was In favour of the proposed neighbourhood public house and stated someone has to pay taxes to permit parks and green space, advised he was against the hbourhood pub and stated the: opposition to the three Proposed zones at Forrest family was not In favour of giving any more Property to Improve the road, Mr. D. Boog, 1848 Harbour Avenue, advised that the rezoning amendment bylaw Is prepared to subdivide the Properties divided by the Mary Hi} | Bypass. Mr. F.
