Purpose of the Bylaw:
Each of the properties listed above is the site of a milti~fami ly dwelling and the rezenings proposed wi | |
bring the zoning designation applied to each property into conformity, or more nearly into conformity, with
the actual present use of the property. No actual change in the current use of the land is contemplated.

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 P.M., Cn requiar business days, from the

date of this Notice until the Public Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bvlaw, 1979, No. 1651!" (which
would be anended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and plans referring specifically to the purpose

of the amending bylaw.
Public Participation:

At the hearing ail perscns who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaw will be
afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the

Bylaw.
