Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, April 9th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651": Bylaw No. 2022: to rezone Lot 26, Section 17, Block 6, North Range 1 East, New Westminster District of a Subdivision Plan in process which said Subdivision Plan-was certitied correct by Robert M. Reese, 8.C.L.S. on September 12th, 1983 consisting of 0.3095 ha.; from A=1 to CS-2 so that the entirety of the said Lot 26 wil! be zoned CS-2; This property is located at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Trenton Street and the Lougheed Highway and upon completion of the rezoning procedures i+ ‘IS expected that the service station now located in that vicinity will expand its operation to encompass the entirety of the said Lot 26.
