3463 Raleiph Street, Port Soquitlam, 2.C, February 26, 1940 Council Members, City of Port Coquitlam, 3.C, Dear Sirs: .I am writing this letter in response to the notice that arrived in the mail with regards to the change in plan tor the new shopping center on the corner of Louystheed Himhvay and Weatwood Streets, . I fail to see that the so1l conditions would be that much ditferent at the new site tor the office tower, It seens tO me that the idea of the developers is to present a plan to the residents as a means of feeling them out, so to sveak, to see how strongly the people are Opposed to their vlan, Then, if the opposition is not too strong, start making chenges to auit their budget, I believe that the privacy or the residents on Lancaster Street should be the prime concern of everyone, not how much better the complex would look if the office tover were moved, ; I wish to state that I am 190% againet the changes in plan and would oppose any change in zoning unless the plan was left unchanged, Yours truly, Mr, & Mrs, B, Blomskog
