Sawicki, Consultant After description of the project by the developers and explanation of servicing, traffic and general land use by staff, relating to the project, questions were invited from the floor. , ° Objections were raised against Cornwall Street to be open to the Nu West Subdivision. It was the feeling of a number of residents on Cornwall and Osprey that Cornwall if open will become a heavily used collector as a short cut to the Nu West Subdivision. Concerns were also expressed that Finley Street might be opened in the futuze. One resident suggested that Norfolk Street be considered in place of Cornwall as a connection between Prairie Rd. and Nu West Subdivision. He said that from a safety point of view, Norfolk is more suitable as it is farthar away from the intersection of Prairie Road and Cedar Drive. .
