Dear Mayor and Council: May we have the permission of your Council to conduct a door -to ~door Campaign the week of January 25th to January 31st 1976. This Campaign known for twenty three years as the Kinsmen Mothers’ March, is the main source of revenue for the Kinmen Rehabilitation Foundation of British Columbia. The Kinsmen Rehilitation Foundation provides 2 multitude of services directly to the physically handicapped of British Columbia, as well as providing selective funding to a number of projects or small organizations which offer specific and specialized services to the various groups of the physically disabled. The Mothers' March will be conducted by Volunteers who normally live in the block which they canvass. The normal time is from 6 pam. to 9 p.m. on the week nights and i pe me until 5 pe m. on Sunday, January 25th. Each Marcher has an individually numbered kit:.:and a.large lapel label to'cléarly identify her. Should there’ be any questions you wish to ask, please do not hesitate to call me.
