Re tax relief +» pensioners.

. . Replying to yours of 17th February in the ‘above
matter, I enclese copy of the Mayor's proposal for property tax
deferment for persons over 65 years of age. _

The City Council at its meeting held on 23rd
September adopted this proposal but the new Council in 1972
rescinded the motion on 20th January.

. I have no further information on this subject.
