As you will remember during 1971 when our society appeared
before Council re the aforementioned facility, we asked that:

Ca) the land be granted
(b) the taxes be waived on the ‘total property for
two years.

We understand that this tax situation must be the subject
of a by-law. ;

We therefore make application that the necessary by-law be
prepared and presented to Council.

; We would alco appreciate being edvieed when the by-law will
tome up for first reading so we may, if necessary, speak to it.
