Terrace city council has agreed
to offer Skeena Cellulose an exten- |.
sion on the use of their Atco —
trailers on the south side of Keith
Ave. This time, however, the per-
mit will be for a shorter length of
time; only six months.

Skeena Cellulose placed the .
trailers on their property in 1987
as a temporary office for Project
Starship. At that time, they said
they would require the space until
April 1988. The company asked
for ard received an extension to
May 1991, however, and has since
requested another two-year exten-
sion to May 31, 1993.

Council’s decision gives the
company an extension to Novem-
ber 31, 1991. As was explained to
