Eric Johnson returned home last
week after spending a couple of
months at Powell River with his sis-
ter, Hric found life in the big town
much toc civilized and: he longed for
the big sticks again.

While in the north Rev. Dr. Oster-
hout ‘paid a visit to Kispiox, Kitse-
gucla, Meanskinsht, Kitselas, and to
Terrace for Sunday. He then went
on to the coast to visit the various

ands of the sea.

of the United Church held a success-

Mrs. S. Mallinson was operated on
last Saturday aight, having suffered
a sudden attack of appendicitis. All
her friends will be glad to know that
she Is making very favorable progress

home in Victoria after spending two
