The Toofy's Idol Contest is open to BC residents attending or enrolled in grade K to
12. This talent contest aims at showcasing the musical talents of Francophone, French
Immersion and FSL students during the Nanaimo's annual Maple Sugar Festival du
Sucre d'Brable. Winners from the 3 age categories will be announced in the
Centennial building at 3:30 pm Sunday and wonderful prizes will be handed out!
Come and cheers for your favorite talent!

- Elementary: K to Grade 3 5 to 8 years

- Junior: * Grades 4 to 7 9 to 12 years

- Senior: Grades 8to12 = 13to17 years
The Toffy Idol Contest has the right to place a contestant into a different age or grade category with a
flexibility of 1 year/1 grade.
