B/L, 1979 ~ 759 & 767 Prairie Ave. B/L #1683, 1684, 1685, City of Pr. Coq. Zoning B/L, 1979, No. 1651, Amend. B/L, 1979 (re duplexes) Proposed By~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered. By-law No. 1682; To remove the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to Lot 745 and Lot 746 of a Plan of Subdivision in process of Lots 2 and 3, both of Lot 1 of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 9752, New Westminster District, prepared by R.T. Redfern of R.T. Redfern and Associates, B.C.L.S., under Job No. 5188-1, and assigning the Zone Designation of RS-1 thereto. The City Planner then explained the proposed rezoning stating that the property is located at 759 and 767 Prairie Road and is being rezoned in order that the said Lots 745 and 746 may be created as Single family residential lots with the balance of the property located at those addresses to remain zoned RS-2. Mr. H. Ingram, 779 Alder Place, asked for clarification on the width of the lots to be created. The City Planner advised the lots would be approximately 18 metres which would be approximately 50 feet in width. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following Proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered. By-law No. 1683: To remove the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to Lot 712, Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 56353, New Westminster District, and to assign the Zone Designation of RT-1 to the said property. This property is located at 3501 Inverness Street and is being rezoned to permit the construction of a duplex thereon. By-law No. 1684: To remove the Zone Designation of RS~1 assigned to Lot 720, Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 56353, New Westminster District, and to assign the Zone Designation of RT-1 to the said property. This property is located at 797 Inverness Place and is being rezoned to permit the construction of a duplex thereon. iene ee
