That certain parcel of land -ituated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot A Block 24 District Lot 174 & 289 Group One Plan LMP 2894 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
