THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUTLSM
BYLAW NO. 2762
A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land -ituated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot A

Block 24

District Lot 174 & 289
Group One

Plan LMP 2894

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning
Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2762".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of February, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 15th day of February, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 8th day of March, 1993.

2285 Pitt River Road - N.E. Corner of Pitt River Road & Shaughnessy Street

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the construction of a 36 unit apartment building.
