Parcel C (Reference Plan 216), Block 21, Exeept: Parcel Two (Bylaw Plan 71466), District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 1163, New Westminster District, and Parcel B (Bylaw Plan 71467), District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 2111, being approximately 5,806 square feet lecated at 1226 Pitt River Road be sold to Mr. A.B. & Mrs. Nancy ‘Noronha, at or for the price or sum of $85,238.80, in accord with the conditions stated in the tender call and the tender received; 2. The adjustment date be September 30, 1992, or earlier. 3. The possession date be September 30, 1992, or earlier. 4, The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
