At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Kepland Homes Ltd.,
on the 27th day of June, 1992, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the works and services
described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the
said Kepland Homes Ltd., in connection with the development of the lands
described as:

Lots M and N of Block J of the easterly portion of DL289,
Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 16741

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the

Municipal Act.

That the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City
and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.

From the City Clerk, June 25th, 1992 regarding Sale of City Property ~-
1226 Pitt River Road,

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. Parcel C (Reference Plan 216), Block 21, Exeept: Parcel Two (Bylaw Plan
71466), District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 1163, New Westminster District,
and Parcel B (Bylaw Plan 71467), District Lot 232, Group 1, Plan 2111,
being approximately 5,806 square feet lecated at 1226 Pitt River Road be
sold to Mr. A.B. & Mrs. Nancy ‘Noronha, at or for the price or sum of
$85,238.80, in accord with the conditions stated in the tender call and

the tender received;
2. The adjustment date be September 30, 1992, or earlier.

3. The possession date be September 30, 1992, or earlier.

4, The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
