You are invited to join us for a one-day workshop which will generate practical solutions to enhance decision-making
capability at the regional level on planning, service delivery and administrative issues in the Pacific Fraser Region.

The workshop will provide a forum to share information and to develop and test ideas on regional governance in
a neutral setting. By the end of the day, participants will have generated options for changing our system of regional
governance and will have assessed each option in terms of criteria the participants establish.

Proceedings from the day's sessions will be circulated in the form of a paper to the Lower Mainland Regiona! Districts
and Municipalities, the. Provincial Government and interest groups for further discussion following the workshop.
