That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit
No. 41/913 and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the document

when completed, subject to:
a) Completion of Rezoning Application No. 21/91;

b) Solution of concerns expressed by the Building Department;

c) Satisfaction of Engineering Requirements;

-d) Approval of landscaping plan by the Parks & Recreation Department;

e) Completion of design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;
and a

Consolidation of the property into one lot.

The application is for a 26-unit, 3-storey apartment directly south of |
and adjacent to Elks Park. The subject property is designated "Apartment" in
