Et Recomuendation:

That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the
atteched two Emergency Access Right-of-Way Agreements over the following
properties:

l. Lot 34, DL231, Group 1, NWD, Plan 84360.

2. Lot 24, DL231, Group 1, NWD, Plan 79765, and Lot 35, DL231, Group
1, NWD, Plan 84360.

Background & Comments:

The Protective Services Committee considered a request from the Beedle Group
Ltd. to register two Emergency Access Right-of-Way's which are required for
fire protection.

The Committee agreed that these two Emergency Access Agreements are required

for fire protection.
