fiosere THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUIT BYLAW NO. 2572 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That portion of Lot “A", being a 9.963 ha lot shown on a Plan of Proposed Subdivision of a Portion of Lot "BE", Reference Plan 8564; of Sections 18 and 19, Block 6, North Range One Fast, New Westminster District, not now zoned M-1 (General Industrial): prepared by Vernon C. Goudal and Associates under Drawing Number C-4206-894 and dated April 9th, 1990; is hereby rezoned from M~2 (Heavy Industrial) to M~l (General Industrial) in order that the entire 9.963 ha portion will be zoned M<1 (General Industrial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. A copy of the proposed subdivision plan referred to in Section is attached to this bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2572". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 4th day of March, 1991.
