For Information.

The Northside Village has received the Chamber of Commerce Port Coquitlam
Builder Award for 1990. The Architect of this project was John McCormack, and
the Developer was Harvest Developments Ltd.

Northside Villiage Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of
Coast Meridian Road and Prairie Avenue, was the subject of Development
Variance Permit No. 64/89. Variances were granted to relax the rear yard
requirements and to facilitate the high quality of the design of the complex.
