FINAL READING
BYLAW 2537

WHEREAS the “Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 19, 1990, No. 2537"
received first two readings on August 27th, 1990;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, ince that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction witk the City's most
recent Capital Expenditure Program; :

AND WHEREAS that date, considered the propesed
with the Economic
opment Strategy";

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;
AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a

Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2537 was read a
third time on September 24th, 1990;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between ‘the amendment to.

City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program:
