RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding
property owners about this application and to place a resolution on a
subsequent agenda of Council]. The resolution would be to authorize
CUP es construction of a deck foundation encroaching 0.16 metres into the rear
eae yard setback, Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 801, Large Lot Residential,
Subsection (7) Rear Yard Setback for Lot 102, D.L. 341, NWLD Plan 75512

COMMENTS: ,

This application is to construct a foundation for a deck that encroaches into
the required rear yard setback. The builder discovered the encroachment after

the foundation was placed. They have not constructed the deck, but are :
waiting for a decision by City Council.

: As the encroachment is slight, 0.16 metres and will have no effect on
surrounding neighbours approval is recommended
