And that City Council adopt a resolution passing a Voluntary Development VYariance Permit for Lot 37, of Lot A, Det. 340, NWLO Plan 71846, relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw Section 502, Rear Yard Encroachments, Sub Section (3) Baiconies and Sunifght Controls, clause (b) Balconies, increasing the encroachment permitted from 1.2 metres to 2.4 matres. COMMENTS: This application is to parmit construction of a balcany extending from the secend level of a house.» The balcony will extend into the required rear yard. The balcony ts to be constructed in the centre of the house and will not block any neighbours view.
