Alderman Muldoon asked where the asphalt plant would be located and the City Engineer advised it would be in Richmond or Mission, probably Mission. Alderman Muldoon expressed concern regarding the distance the asphalt would be hauled and Alderman Traboulay advised the Committee had discussed the distance and did not consider this to be a problem.
