That as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Committee, July 8th
1981 the Committee prepare a detailed work programme and schedule for
implementation of a Community Plan;

AND THAT once the programme has been submitted to Council, and a
resolution be passed adopting the Community Plan and an application be
submitted to the Minister of Municipal Affairs.

‘That as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Committee, July 8th,
1981 that By-law 1299 be amended to read;

Any building moved into the City or any building moved from one
property to another within the City shall have an assessed value of not
less that 90% of the average assessed value of all buildings (deduction

both the highest and the lowest values), within a 600' radius of the lot

or parcel upon which it is proposed to locate the building. This is for

all properties within the City of Port Coquitlam and not just the A.L.R.

Lands.
