Motel and Restaurant Development —- 1545 Lougheed Highway

We are advised that all necessary deposits have been made and all other
requirements fulfilled with respect to the above noted project and it
would now be possible for final reading to be given to the necessary by-laws.

Accordingly, the Council's final approval may be given by passage of the
following two resolutions:

1. "That By-law No. 1613 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

2. That By-law No. 1614 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted."
