During the New Business portion of the December 8th, 1975 Council
meeting two letters were submitted for burning permits from:

(a) YSM Contracting Ltd., and -
(b) Watson's Excavating

and at that time the following two resolutions were proposed:

1. "That the requests of YSM Contracting Ltd. and Watson's Excavating,
for burning permits to clear land at a 24-lot subdivision North of the 1200
block Prairie and Regina, and at 2986 Coast Meridian Road, respectively, be
denied." “.’ DEFEATED.
20 "That the requests of YSM Contracting Ltd. and Watson's Excavating
‘for burning permits to clear and at a 24~lot subdivision North of the 1200
plock Prairie and Regina, aad at 2986 Coast Meridian Road, respectively, be
deferred for one week." . —_ _ _ CARRIED.

In accordance with the wishes of Council, we will, therefore be

placing the two letters before Council at its December 15th, 1975 meeting for
