DRAFT RESOLUTION

JAN 26 1975

WHEREAS a certain work of Local Improvement has been constructed
in the City and it is intended to impose a frontage-tax upon the parcel

of land benefitting or abutting the work ender authority of the following

Local Improvement Assessment By-law:

"Handley Crescent Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb, and Storm

Sewer Local Improvement Assessment By~law, 1975, No. 1404"

AND WHEREAS it is required that a Frontage Tax Assessment Roll

be prepared by the Assessor for Frontage and Local Improvement Tax Purposes

and authenticated by the Court of Revision;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Assessor for Frontage and

Local Improvement Tax Purposes prepare a Frontage Tax Assessment Roll with

respect to the above-noted Assessment By~law;

AND THAT the first sitting of the Court of Revision to consider

and deal with the said Frontage Tax Assessment Roll be held at 4:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, Marth 2nd, 1976 at the Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue

Port Coquitlam, B.C. and from time to time thereafter as may be convenient and

necessary.
