Dear Mr. Pollock,

- Further fo our conversation, | am sending you this letter requesting

approval of the City Council with regards to PoCo Vally Golf and

Country Enterprises Lid. applying for a general license, which

means we are applying to have our main lounge opened to the
public. Because of our small number of members, it is just not
economically feasible to keep our main lounge closed and vinly for

the use of a handful of members.

| hope you will treat this matter with the urgency ‘t requires.
