Alderman Wright introduced a bylaw to implement a Method of
Procedure under the Emergency Program Act.

THAT the Subdivision Plan of a portion of District Lot 379, Group
One, New Westminster District prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S.,
and dated May 4th, 1984 wherein a portion of the present main channel
of the Coquitiam River is delineated and returned to the Crown and
wherein the Title to. certain adjacent land is perfected and vested in
the name of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to.sign
the said Plan and such other documents as may be necessary to achieve
the objects of the said Plan on behalt of the City and to affix the

Corporate Seal thereto.
