The sum of $2,641.23 on March 7, 1983, and the sum of $2,641.23 On the same day of each and every month thereafter up to and including February 7, 1984, and the balance then remaining unpaid together with interest thereon as aforesaid _On Pebruary 7, 1984, These installments shall be credited and applied firstly to interest aforesaid and secondly in reduction of the said balance. 2. Unless the Purchaser is in default hereunder or this Agreement is rendered null and void, the Purchaser may pay all or any part of the halance of the purchase price without notice, bonus or penalty UporA payment of all interest accrued to the date of such payment. 3. The Purchaser covenants and agrees with the Vandor that the Purchaser will observe and perform each and every one of the covenants and conditions on the Part of the Purchaser contained in that certain Covenant (herein called the “Section 215 Covenant”) granted in respect of the Lands by the Purchaser in favour of the City and to be registered in the New Westminster Land Title Office as an encumbrance against the Lands pursuant to Section 215 of the Land Title Act. 4. . The Purchaser ‘acknowledges and agrees that it has reviewed Zoning Bylaw No. 1651 of the City as it pertains. to these Lands and the Purchaser approves of and agrees to this Bylaw and agrees to comply with this Bylaw in its Present form and as it may be amended from time to time. s. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for examining the Lands and in addition for making whatever drainage arrangements are necessary to control runoff and seepage. The Purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor has made no representation or Warranty whatsoever as to the suitability of soil conditions for the construction of any improvement or improvements on the Lands. 6. The Purchaser further covenants and agrees with the Vendor as. follows: 6.1 the Purchaser wil pay, Or cause to be paid, to the Vendor the purchase price and - interest, if any, 48 provided in Paragraph 1 hereof provided that all arrears of interest shall bear interest at the rate aforesaid from due date to payment thereof;
