BYLAW NO. 2212

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are more particularly deseribed as:

Lots 42, 43 and 44

Block 4

District Lot 479

Group One

Plan 2145

New Westminster District

Is hereby rezoned from kM«! (Low Density Apartment) to RM=3 (Town House
Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to retlect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! Purogoses as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2212",
