ZORING BY-LAW

The Phnietpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pert SEP {i

Coquition will held a Public Hearing in the Councdl Chanbers, Port Coquition
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday,
Septesber ith, 1972 at 7:30 p.m. to consider a By-law to autherize issuance

of a Land Use Contract pursuant te the provisions of Section 762A of the

Municipal Act;

By-law No. 1201:

Yo authorize the Council to enter into @ Land Use Contrace with
Ufeceln Projects Ltd. in the fora eed to the extent set forth in “Land
Wee Comtrect Ko. 2” which Schsdule to annened to and made pare of the By-law

and upon its issusnce Land Use Contract No. 3 will permit the land, buildings,
and structures jocated thereat to be used for C-4 (Town Sub-Centre Comere ial)

floor, and various provisions are contained in the By-law concerning the aize,
