. A By-law to amend the “City of Port Coquitlam Parks and Kecreation

By-law, 1972, No. 1146". . :

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitian, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: . :

1. . Section 17 of the “City of Port Coquitlam Parks and Recreation =

By-law, 1972, No. 1146" is repealed and the following substituted therefore:

"17. All areas of real property owned by The Corporation of the City . i

of Port Coquitlam and used for the purpose of a public park, and
a -

all areas of undeveloped property owned by the City, shall be

closed to the use of the public From 11:00 p.m. on each day and .

- shall remain closed until 6:00 a.m. on the following day and no

- - person shall be in or upon any such area during such time."

2. _ This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Parks and Recreation By-law, 1972, No. 1146, Amendment By-law,  .
