Wood Council holds conference

In October the Steelworkers - IWA Council held its conference in
Winnipeg, Manitoba. The conference dealt with the council’s agenda of
collective bargaining, health and safety, organizing and political and legislative
action. The conference also elected a new chairperson, Local 1-405’s Bob Matters.
