Source: Globe & Mail April 5/1984 JUSTICE, SOUTH AFRICA STYLE In Johannesburg a white who killed a black outside his house as he apparently stole 63 cents (49 U.S. cents) of milk money has been cleared of criminal charges and praised by a South African judge for per- forming a civic deed. Francisco Quintino, aged 56, was acquit- ted of charges of murder and negligence in the shooting by Rand Supreme Court.
