FROM PAGE FIVE “PPWC's NORTH CENTRAL PLYWOODS AGREEMENT” the IWA Local 1-424 certifications, the Collective Agreement for the period following June 30th, 1981. (The IWA Successor Agreement). Upon the conclusion of the IWA Successor Agree- ment the provisions herein shall be amended with effect from July 1st, 1981 to reflect the changes in the IWA Successor Agreement on the following principles: (a) Wage rates per hour for each category and over- time rates herein will be adjusted as in the IWA Successor Agreement for the same amount of cents per hour or percentage points as the case may be. (b) Category adjustments will be made on the same basis herein as in the |WA Successor Agreement with the same adjustments being applied in cents per hour or percentage points. (c) Fringe benefits herein referred to in Article XXII, Health and Welfare will be adjusted where appli- cable to bring them on par with the IWA Succes- sor Agreement on an item by item basis except where the benefits herein are more beneficial in which case these benefits shall remain unchanged herein. (d) Changes in vacations, statutory holidays, floating holidays, and shift differentials in the IWA Suc- cessor Agreement shall be matched herein. In the event that the parties are unable to agree on the exact application of all changes herein within (30) days of the conclusion of the IWA Successor Agree- ment then either party may refer the matter to arbitra- tion under the provisions of the herein Collective Agreement and the principles set out above shall apply. (3) Find it necessary to insert the paragraph above which says in fact, if you don’t give us the same, we won’t negotiate, we will have a 3rd party arbi- trate on our behalf.
