The Arts of Living Exposition, from REHicH scenes are shown above, was sponsored March 30 - April 9 by the Burrard Lions Club to display the amenities of modern living, and raise funds in aid of the crippled children in the province. Members of the Ladies’ Auxiliary, Local 1-217 IWA, joined with other women’s organizations affiliated with the Local Council of Women to assist in the display of home baking, canning and candy. This placed them in the Food and Kitchen Section, but the other sections for Building Materials and Home Furnishings attracted the interest of many of their customers.
