You are vested with the rights of a citizen only when you have that rectitude of conduct which conforms with the standards that regulate human action. The privileges of society have to be earned by subordinating the purely selfish interests of the individual to the concern of the common welfare of Good citizenship by each individual in industry will make happier places of employment, better labour-management relations, and reduce the threat of Good citizenship demands action.
