THE PROCHSS of disposing of their cattle brought a number of interesting guests to Bonner’s house recently, including Dan, Sheila and Norman Lee, and John Sterling, of Hanceville, Fitzpatrick, of Alexis Creek, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Cornwall and Slim Dorin, of -Williams Lake, and Tony Ballas, of Kamloops. Bert Wassel, in turn, is feeding dogies at Sky Ranch. Bingo Raises $37 For Community There was quite a crowd at the bingo game held January 25. Refreshments were served later in the evening and everyone had an enjoyable time. The sum of $29 was made for the commun- ity fund. PAT AND GENE JOHNSON and Felicity Rafferty attended the hockey game in Williams Lake Wednesday. CHILDREN and adults are still enjoying skating at the rink on Sunday afternoons. Mrs. Joan Scott is to try to engage an orchestra for the Centennial dance, to be held August 29. Mr. Terry is going a good job of collecting history on the old timers. It qwas decided to have square dancing after the community meeting on February 15. Quite a few names have heen sold to put on the Centennial quilt that is being made.
